4. If you do not want to erase the codes, press No function key or

ESC button to exit. A message of “Command cancelled” will

show up. (Figure 6.11)

5. If you do wish to erase the codes, then press Yes function key or

press OK button.

 If the codes are cleared successfully, an “Erase Done!”

confirmation message shows on the display.( Figure 6.12)

 If the codes are not cleared, then an “Erase Failure. Turn Key

on with Engine off!” message appears (Figure 6.13). Press any

button to return to the previous menu.
